My work with Corner Grill House York
2024 - present

Corner Grill House is an independent steakhouse in York, who had shown so much success that they outgrow their city centre location. They moved into a new venue in the city, and needed some brand support to push the business forward. I now work with the team on a freelance basis as a business consultant and marketing manager.

The brand is already strong and holds a big customer base, but needed further support in connecting with this audience whilst also tapping into the booming tourism market in York.

My work with the brand started with an analytical look at the business operations, to highlight areas of growth and improvement. We’ve now got a strategic plan to follow which will see the restaurant offering new products and services, welcoming in new clients and building stronger relationships with their client base.
