I have over 15 years’ experience in building brands across the luxury, hospitality and retails sectors. My work has seen me work both operationally as a senior manager in hospitality, but also on a consultation basis with the leadership team. My skills are specifically useful in boosting brand awareness, enhancing customer experience and perfecting the customer journey to support your business growth.
I’ve worked with established brands such as Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Leeds, CH&Co and Bettys Café Tearooms. But also relish working with SME’s on perfecting their product. My experience in managing teams means I can support you with implementing new ideas and people management to ensure changes and ideas are brought to life seamlessly.

Corner Grill House is an independent steakhouse in York, who had shown so much success that they outgrow their city centre location. They moved into a new venue in the city, and needed some brand support to push the business forward. I now work with the team on a freelance basis as a business consultant and marketing manager.
